With InvictaDesk integration with InvictaNetworks, you can view, and run, counter measures (where pre-set threshold breaches are set triggering an alert) on your devices right from within an open ticket.

The capability specifically allows you to comply with internal IT processes providing audit trails, seek approval through InvictaDesk's ticket approval workflows, evaluate historical data, and control unwanted surprises. This can especially be useful in change control compliance and reporting.

A successful deployment to InvicatNetworks is also logged in the ticket's audit trail.
