New Features:
- Reminders (upto three) can now be sent for tickets in pause state, for example Waiting or Resolved
- Analyst comments on tickets can now be Restricted so that these are not visible to customers
- Configuration option now available so that any staff member can be allowed, or disallowed to view a ticket if not in the assigned group
