Host settings are used to generate proper URLs for links generated by the desk and mainly used by emails and calendar.

So if you are running the desk under https or on a different port, provide settings here so generated links can open the correct location when clicking URLs.

Do ensure you have provided the correct POP Port

Note on Outgoing settings (Since version 1.11): If using a mail relay, enter Username as none and Password as none

With all the flexibility available, you can customise the mail templates used by the desk to send out mails whenever tickets are created or updated.
